Any thoughts?

We are working on our home at this time, because as you all are aware, we are moving. So, if you have any thoughts at all that will help our home sell quickly, that are not too costly, I would love to hear them. I have added a few pics below. Please ignore all the clutter, because I am working on each room as quickly as possible.

The hardest part, but something that's sooo important is the clutter. Don't try to hide it in closets or under beds. It needs to come out of the house.

I would make sure all the toys are picked up before bed each night and beds are made in the morning. Just clean up as you go throughout the day so you don't scramble when someone comes by.

Definitely a second coat of paint in the master bath. I'd find some way to open the curtains in the living room. You want natural light coming in. A centerpiece on the table would be nice.

Make sure the bath and kitchen countertops are spotless and have as few things on them as possible. I'd probably get rid of the tv in the master if you don't have a piece of furniture to put it on.

If there is any extra furniture that doesn't really fit in the room well that you can easily store away, do it.

We got a storage when we were planning to sell. We put the ottoman that goes with the glider, our tv trays, card table and folding chairs and all of the rubbermaid storage boxes in there so that the closets didn't seem so small. That's the kind of stuff that just makes the house seem cluttered.

I didn't know you did that with the boys' floor. That's pretty cool.
