Comings and Goings

The past couple of weeks we have been on the go. I have been trying to get more involved in the church we are going to and get to know the members. I have been trying to make it out of the house for ladies bible class, they provide sitters for the kids, so we are able to attend class and then go out to eat afterwards with the ladies. I have been enjoying the peace and quiet, of course I do take Grayson with me. I have also been trying to attend Monday Night for the Masters, I have only made it once so far, but we really enjoyed ourselves. Class is also provided for the older kids and nursery for the younger kids. Our family has been invited to eat at other members houses, to birthday parties, and so on. The church has really made us feel at home and have enjoyed their hospitality.
I took the kids to the park yesterday, it was Grayson's first time to the park here in Hobbs. Of course, I ran off and forgot the camera, will have to remember next time. The boys were so excited about finally going out. Of course, Cody has taken the boys out, but I have not been able to.
Linsey came over from Kermit on Tuesday, to attend ladies bible class and go out to eat. I felt so bad, she came over and I happened to have one of my migraines. I did pull myself together and go out. I ran out of my migraine prescription and just had to hold myself together. Luckily, someone had an Imitrex and I took it. I came home and took a short nap, while Linsey went shopping. We headed over to Wal-Mart after I picked up Bryce. Linsey wanted to get pictures taken of Brody, unfortunately another snag in our plans, the photo center was not open. They did not indicate it at all in the front of their store or on their answering machine. I apologized most of the time that she was at my house, for being sick and not knowing about the photo center being closed.

Going and going has worn us out, just a little.

Linsey and Brody's visit

Smiling and Cooing

Grayson is enjoying herself on the floor. I have been putting her on the floor for tummy time, but she really hates it. She is on the floor less than a minute, usually, and begins crying. I never had a problem with the boys, they always enjoyed tummy time. Enjoy the video.

My Babies

My babies are growing so fast. Bryce is in 1st grade and doing well, other than one trip to the principles office this year, whole other story. Wyatt is going through his terrible twos, luckily it is not an everyday thing with him. And, Grayson is going on two months old and smiling and cooing. It amazes me at how fast they are growing up, every time I look at Grayson, I think back at the times I held Wyatt and Bryce on my chest just watching them sleep so peacefully.

Power Ranger, Doggy, Kitty...OH MY!

We arrived Friday evening at Beverly and Doug's to go trick or treating. We could of stayed home and did a few things around the house, but we have been going to Bev's house for the past few years and the boys always look forward going house to house with their Bia. Even though the roadtrip over is only two hours, Bryce always tends to ask "are we almost there?", or "this is such a long trip, how come it is so far to Bia's?" Wyatt and Grayson slept most of the way there, but Bryce did not want to rest any, I guess he was too anxious.

Linsey and Brody were already there when we arrived and we had enough time to eat and start getting the kids ready to go. Bryce was the red power ranger, Wyatt was a St. Bernard, Grayson was a little black kitty, and Clayton was a dinosaur. Bryce was so eager to go, he did not like all of the picture taking and did not want to cooperate with us. So, he was left out of a lot of the pictures, because we could not find him.

Linsey and I had Grayson and Brody in the same onsie, so of course we could not resist a picture of the two of them. Once again Grayson does not want her picture taken and Brody is all laid back and could care less about the picture being taken.

All of the little trick or treaters are ready to get a ton of candy, so they bounce off the walls later.
Here I am, as you can see I am the white fat cow at the end, I am just kidding, ha ha!
My adorable little St. Bernard and black kitty. Wyatt never runs away from a picture with his little sister.

Clayton is not sure about the little bumble bee, "will that thing sting me?".

"Enough with the pictures already, we are ready to go get our goodies."
"Hey princess, I saw that piece of candy first, so get your hands off."

Aunt Kelsey gave Grayson her first sunglasses, I thought they went well with this little outfit.
And, of course, I could not get leave without a picture of Brody, peacefully asleep.
