Wyatt's first hair cut

Cody decided he was going to be the one to give our little boy his first hair cut. Of course, I was not ready for him to have his first hair cut and I did not want Cody to be the one to give it to him. I was not ready for him to look like a big boy, instead of my little baby boy.

I really thought that after he saw the way Bryce put up such a fight getting a hair cut that he would be scared of the clippers. But, he actually was excited and stood still for Cody. Until I pulled out my camera, in which, he kept coming up to me for a close up. That threw Cody off, just a little, and the clippers kind of cut too much off behind one ear.

Wyatt tried to give himself a hair cut, I guess he finally decides that daddy was not getting the job done.

After it was all over, I put him in front of the mirror and this was the end result. Not really, I took the clippers away, he was not happy.
Wyatt is happy with his new hair cut, daddy did not do such a bad job.

Just a line or two

I was going to add a few pics about my day with Bryce in Kindergarten, but I keep getting a message stating they are aware of the problem and are fixing it. So, so much for adding pics right now.

Good news, I met with our realtor and she priced the house at $115,500, so we are starting at that selling price at this time. I still have some painting to do, touch up and trim at this time. I have this weekend to try and get it all done, planning on putting the house on the market on Monday. I might have my open house the weekend of Big John's party, that way we will be out of the way. The realtor did say that if we had an updated kitchen we could get more money out of the house. Oh well, the person or persons who buy the house will accept it for how it looks or update it themselves.

Kindergarten Day

I arrived at 9:00 to the Kindergarten awards ceremony. There was a long list of awards being handed out. Bryce was awarded a happy face ring for always being happy to be at school. Once Bryce received his award he turned to me and said, "I am not happy to be here".

We had a teddy bear picnic, of course we forgot to bring the teddy outside with us. He did not really want to have a picnic with me, because we were not sitting around his friends. But he toughed it out and ate with me anyway. After lunch we went to the playground and watched him play on the swings. A kid did inform him that he was "the meanest kid ever". I think my son is a bully, just from watching him play with the other kids.

Here he is with two of his classmates that sit next to him.

Every Friday the kindergarten go out to the football field and meet the Rangers, they all run up to give them hugs. One of the teachers always gives a big speech to pep up the kids.

After we were done on the field we headed over to the high school gym for the pep-o-rally. The theme was Greenwood in the Hood. I did not get to go to the outing at one of the baseball fields, where they were holding T-Ball, relays, and other various outdoor activities. I had Wyatt with me and they did not want younger children there. That was my day with Bryce in kindergarten.

All work, no fun

Dashielle has informed me that I needed to add a new post. So, here it is, of course I really do not have much to write about.

We have the past two weeks. I had my house up for sale by owner, but the relocation company has informed me that I have to go through an agent. I took the sign down and waited for my agent to call me. The house will be put on the market this week. It is somewhat complicated going through the relocation company. We will receive a 3% bonus if we have an outside buyer and do not take the relocation companies guaranteed offer. So, needless to say, I am going to have the agent push our house quickly. I would like to have an open house.

I think we are going to look more in Andrews, that will be about an hour drive for Cody, but I guess he does not care. He wants me to look there, it gives him time to relax while he drives home. I have found a home, but it has wood paneling, more work to do in a house. Oh well, the house has 1630 sqft and on 1.23 acres. Only thing is that it has swamp coolers, yuk! The owners want $89,500 for it, maybe I can get them down. We will keep looking, but there is not much to choose from or rent at this time.

That is all I have at this time, I will keep you posted.
